- General Stockwell sends the A-Team on a mission the FBI found too risky: to help Dr. Warner Strasser and his wife Marlena defect from East Germany. The cover is a friendly exhibition game of football. Hannibal poses as Billy Bob Smith, the team owner and B.A. and Murdock round up some friends to pose as Billy Bob's team. - Stockwell uses foxy girls to lure Face and Frankie to a first mission for the A-Team: travel to East Berlin to sneak out GDR chemical warfare scientist Dr. Warren Strasser, who has second thoughts about his lethal invention but won't defect without his wife Marlena. While Hannibal poses as Texan owner of a football team, equally 'patriotic' Face and 'East German' Murdoc as reporters taunt the scientist's boss, in charge of sports doping, to accept his challenge to play against the rest of the A-Team and several of B.A. football friends, who soon suss being 'used'. However, "Project Victory" may prove to bring out explosive consequences, as nothing goes to plan. Murdock has a job as Inspector No. Six of the garment industry, even gets promoted to No. 1's assistant after finding a flaw in an inspected trench coat.—KGF Vissers
