Continuity

The cut on Kate's ear appears to have healed in 3 hours.
According to on-screen time it takes 6-8 minutes between when Kate spots her sister and when she walks over to the hanger to investigate - this seems kinda odd.

Factual errors

Captain Wallace's bio says he is currently stationed with Special Operations Detachment Delta at Fort Benning, Georgia. However Delta Force is headquartered at Fort Liberty, North Carolina.
Jack instructs the medics to give Marie a shot of Demerol for the pain from her gunshot wound. After talking to her for only a few minutes she begins to show signs of severe pain again, Jack tells her that the Demerol is wearing off. However Demerol has an effective duration of 120-180 minutes, it does not wear off after only a few minutes. The only opioids that wear off after a few minutes are the short acting potent derivatives of fentanyl like remifentanil, and they are only administered in a hospital, never in the field.

Incorrectly regarded as goofs

Jack never mentions what language needs translating. However, it's already known that the threat is coming from a terrorist group in an Arabic-speaking country, so unless Jack specifies otherwise it's clear what language he wants translated.

Revealing mistakes

When Kim is about to leave Lonnie's place, he gives her a small revolver to scare away cougars with, but the gun is clearly not loaded.
