When Jack's shirt is open, there are no signs of burns or cuts from his torture session just a few hours before.
The front passenger side tire on the SUV Jack is driving when he and Sherry crash is missing its hub cap at the end of the previous episode but suddenly has the hub cap at the beginning of this episode.

Factual errors

LAPD officers are wearing patches on their uniform sleeves. LAPD does not wear patches, except for specialized units such as SWAT, etc.

Miscellaneous

Approximately 12 minutes in, the mesh under Bob Warner's facial hair is visible on the close-ups.

Crew or equipment visible

When Jack and Sherry Palmer are running through the stadium after the confrontation with Peter Kingsley, Jack is thrown against the wall by one of Kingsley's men. Directly to the left of him is a cameraman.
At the end of the episode during David Palmer's speech many camerman are visible, being part of the TV crews of the scene. However, one of them can be seen holding a camera with a film magazine attached to it, which was used to shoot closeups of the president.
