The previous episode ended at 18:59:59 with Jack and Mason walking on a field at sunset but this episode starts at 19:00:01 with both of them walking on the same field, but outside it is already completely dark.
In 6:00 P.M.-7:00 P.M., George ties up Jack's phone by asking to use it. He lies and says the battery is dead in his phone. At the start of this episode, Mason's phone rings and Jack doesn't notice the discrepancy.
When Nina asks Tony how far away he is from CTU after picking up Teri and Dr Parslow, he says 20-30 minutes. Yet in the 12 am-1 am pilot episode it takes Jack between 10-15 minutes to get from his house to CTU.
When taken to jail, the way Kim is handcuffed to the bench she is sitting on changes between different shots. At first her right arm is pulled over her legs to her left side and handcuffed to the bench, but when Rick is handcuffed and while they talk her right arm is on her right side and appears to be free. As the policeman is unlocking the handcuffs from the bench they are on Kim's left wrist, as she sits up they are back on her right wrist again.
Detective Krugman is carrying his sidearm when he is interrogating Kim. Police officers are not allowed to carry weapons, especially a gun, when in an interrogation room or in the detention cell area when prisoners are present.
When talking about blowing up the substation, Andre Drezen says that a little bit of C-5 will do the trick, instead of C-4. Obviously the writers are taking liberties, with C-5 sounding more advanced than C-4.
The detention facility Jack finds appears to be a Department of Defense/CIA black site, where prisoners captured by the CIA and Tier One Special Mission Units from the military like Army Delta Force, Navy DEVGRU & Air Force STS are held off the books. Sites like these would be equipped with backup generators and would not solely rely on the main grid for power.
