Nicole is seen wearing high heel boots prior to taking down the suspect in a tent and even remarks about how the conditions there affected her outfit. During the Mary Sue fight scene, she is now wearing flat bottom shoes.
When Assistant Director Pollock shows Jess her new badge, an 'S' can be clearly seen in the lower right corner of the badge. In later scenes, the 'S' has been replaced with an 'A'.
When Jess checks her gun to see if it is loaded, she pulls the slide back and the entire cartridge is seen. This was clearly a prop gun, as a real gun would extract the chambered round. The movement was also not something a trainee agent that had nearly graduated Quantico would do. She would simply check the loaded chamber indicator, which does not require the slide to be moved.
