Good Noir-ish Short Film
This film looks really grainy, like it was shot with 8 mm film cameras. Still, the acting and directing is pretty good. It is stylish and it has good hand held and editing work, specially in a violent scene when a guy gets shot.
The sound is not too good and sometimes the actors don't speak too clearly. There are some great cinematography moments and there are other scenes which it's kinda hard to see what's going on.
The actress who plays Lola had a very small role at the beginning of Episode 2. I think she's a good actress. Martin Zapata also delivers a good performance, he has a great look for noir- ish tales.
I'm not too crazy about the ending, but overall I think it is a good effort, and it is a good exercise in Film Noir.
