Paice removes a set of files from on top of a cabinet in Fairfax's office, yet in the last shot of the scene they are still there.
The camera operator's yellow jacket is faintly visible - on the wide, over the shoulder shots - during Paice and Mallstrom's final conversation, on the night streets in the blue Ford Sierra car.
The boom mic is clearly visible, screen-right, when Paice speaks to Sandman on the phone for the first time, in the wide shot where he has just hung up.
Mallstrom tells Paice that his old Mercedes will be road tax exempt soon. However, UK Chancellor Gordon Brown had actually already withdrawn the tax aid to UK cars over (only) 20 years old.
