David Schwimmer, Simon Pegg, and Alice Eve in Big Nothing (2006)

Goofs

Big Nothing

Edit

Continuity

When Charlie goes to his new job for "Sentel Call Center" with his car, he drops his keys and food package. His keys sink into a puddle, but the packet does not. However, on the screen we see that Charlie picks up both of them from the puddle, totally wet.
After the heavy rainstorm, there is no trace of any water on the car's windshield.
While talking to deputy Garman inside the Reverend's house, Charlie has a glass of water in his hand. When the camera cuts to another angle the glass is held by the deputy.
The movie is supposed to take place in America, specifically Oregon, but in the end credits, the Call Center Supervisor's credit uses the British spelling, "Centre."

Revealing mistakes

After the accident with the fat guy, it starts to rain but neither Gus or the fat guy has rain on their clothing or hair.

Miscellaneous

There is a typo in the end credits. The copyright warning reads "distribution of exhibition" instead of "distribution or exhibition".

Plot holes

Character error

Gus' American accent changes throughout the film.
Josie runs over Mrs Smalls, then gets out of the car, goes over to the body and looks for a pulse. After a short while she asks if the others want her to check her pulse.
