When I saw the opening of the movie I was intrigued but put off by what my peers comments were. But when it had finished I realized that this was better than all our (my classmates' and mine) movies combined. It was visually pleasant to look at and the story was more entertaining than some major production movies. The viewer gets to watch how this young kid's experiences effects how his life turns out. And you wonder what could have made his life walk down a different path. The metaphor of tadpoles enhanced the overall meaning of the flick in a positive way. So, comments from my immature peers aside, I thought it was an great short film.
