The admiral that picked up the Mark 5 computer hardware was out of uniform in several aspects. The long sleeve khaki shirt is a working uniform item and not authorized for wear in public. His garrison cap was worn incorrectly. Lastly and most importantly, he would not have had the full beard the actor had.
