Goofs

Van Wilder: The Rise of Taj

Edit

Continuity

While proving Taj's innocence to the Provost, Charlie's cell phone is seen flipped to the camera configuration in the wide shot, in regular phone configuration for the close up, yet back to camera configuration when the wide shot comes back on screen.
Though Pip's dog is a Great Dane, when Taj goes to switch the tainted dog food, the dog fed is not the Great Dane most noticeably because the dog in the doghouse doesn't have cropped ears like the Dane.
When Taj arrives at Camford he and Balzac do not have any luggage with them. When they are driving around on the golf cart a little while later there is luggage on the back rack.
When Taj approaches the golf cart he received from Van Wilder, he removes a letter from the front and there is no window on the front of the cart. However, for the rest of the movie there is a window on the front of the cart.
During the beer drinking contest near the ending when Sadie is drinking, her glass is almost empty but when the angle changes she is drinking from a full glass.

Factual errors

Comets do not move as fast as seen in this movie, when watched from the Earth.

Revealing mistakes

The "Earl's" Great Dane has cropped ears but the story takes place in England, where ear cropping has been ruled inhumane.
During the scene where Taj and Charlotte are about to have sex in The Barn, in several scenes you can obviously see Charlotte's character wearing flesh-colored tape over her nipples.
When Charlotte took the photo of Taj, the powerful flash was fired from somewhere behind her and not from her camera.
The candles when they are fighting have already been cut so that when the gentleman from the Fox and Hound hit them, they fall over.

Crew or equipment visible

In the final fencing scene, when Taj hides behind the suit of armor, the cable can be seen that pulls the arm away.
During the scene where Taj and Charlotte are about to have sex in The Barn, in several scenes you can obviously see Charlotte's character wearing flesh-colored tape over her nipples.
