Annoying and clichéd
This awful short is a perfect example of how NOT to make a "message film". It's just one hackneyed cliché after another. Yes, much of what is denounced is true (and some of it is blatantly not), but there has to be a million better ways to expose these problems than this monotone, messianic rant. The film pretentiously thinks it is "groundbreaking" and that it is discovering us the "hidden truths" of the world, while all it does is hammer us with very old news, and smugly place the blame on us, the audience; the arrogant speaker accuses us of being guilty by nonaction of things that are not new to us anyway, we all know about them already because a) we're not as dumb as the film thinks we are, and b)we have heard them a thousand times by now, and told in much more interesting ways. It really got on my nerves, and in the end, what I wanted to do was smack the guy in the face for boring me so much with his clichés and for believing himself to be so superior to me. Avoid this piece of trash like the plague.
