For Your Consideration (2006)

Goofs

For Your Consideration

Edit

Continuity

When Victor's agent takes the call to interrupt their conversation, as Victor walks away the agent closes the flip phone as he holds it in his left hand. When the agent raises his left hand to continue the call, the phone is now open.

Factual errors

The title of the French film the actress is nominated for is incorrectly named 'Le cheval obscurite'. 'Obscurite' is the noun form of dark, the adjective form 'obscur' should have been used. At any rate, the expression 'dark horse' isn't directly translated as thus in French.
Though most likely a part of the absurdity of the film, Oscar nominations are neither announced, nor chosen, prior to a film's release, much less its completion.

Audio/visual unsynchronised

When Chuck (Fred Willard) is starting the ensemble interview for Hollywood Now and says "Three, two, one, and hit 'em!", his mouth isn't moving in sync with the words.
