There is a neck slicing scene with a ton of blood but not nearly as much as other R rated slashers
Very violent murders including someone accidentally impaled on a tractor smokestack, multiple slashing and stabbings with the hook, and a character being impaled on a forklift prong. Very bloody results for nearly every death. A character is sucked through a grinder and gets mulched up.
