(at around 38 mins) When the mice are carrying the wand from the stepmother's room, the tip is facing the way they are running. In the next shot it is facing backwards to shoot the spell at Lucifer.
(at around 20 mins) After Anastasia admires the engagement ring, it disappears and doesn't reappear on her finger throughout the movie.
(at around 3 mins) Throughout the Fairy Godmother's part in "Perfectly Perfect", she can cast spells without saying, "Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo", despite her and other characters needing to throughout the rest of the film.
(at around 38 mins) In the middle of the film while Cinderella is running away from the guards, there is a shot looking down the stairs that shows a cement structure sticking out of the top of the end baluster of the rails. Later when Cinderella slides down the stairs it is not there.
(at around 20 mins) When the Prince first gives Anastasia the engagement ring, she puts it on her left hand. In the next shot she is admiring the ring on her right hand.

Plot holes

Cinderella 2: Dreams Come True (2001) takes place just a little while after the Royal Wedding. Then Anastasia has already fallen in love with the Baker.
