When Igor takes Eva to the "Brain Wash", she's put in carriage/booth #12. Brian/Brain gets his own brain cleaned in #04. However, both of these are not only next to each other, but by the end, they both appear to be getting out of the same carriage #04, next to #03.
When Eva is being subjected to the "Ax Murder Brainwash", they show her House on Haunted Hill (1959). Despite having murder in it, the movie is not an ax murder movie; the only deaths that happen are two people pushed into a vat of acid.
The video where they present the "Evil Inventions", is exactly the same as the actual fight at the end of the movie but shown in a "reverse mirror" way.
Much of the dialogue was added in immediately before release, and could not be synchronized with the animation.
Even though the pills Jackie tacks changes her physical body that doesn't explain how her clothes change.
