After Bobby gets hit on the head by Kady, he recovers after being awakened by the other officer. There is no welt or bruise or even slight projection of pain or recent injury by Bobby.
When Steve is trying to talk Bobby out of shooting himself, the barn door is closed. In the next shot, the barn door is open.
When Steve is nearly caught running away by the townspeople, the door of the vehicle behind him is open and then closed.
Placement of the tarp on the car behind the barn. He pulls it off on one side, but when viewed next it is still laying neatly on the other corner.
At the beginning of the film a baby is born, and when there is a close-up of the newborn it has a bellybutton. A newborn baby would still have part of an umbilical cord, revealing the baby is actually older.
In all the scenes showing frontal views of revolvers being wielded, it is obvious that they are unloaded, since their cylinders are empty.
Towards the end when Kady and Amanda are escaping from the doctor's office and they turn and run behind the house, if you look closely at the bottom left you can see a brown bunny hopping away that the actors had startled. This is right before they are shown running across a bridge.
In the alternate ending Kady and the girl survive but you can still see the burnt out truck being towed when the sheriff is talking to Frank.
The license tag is backwards, when the truck rolls over. It should have been easy to read, but they flipped the frame in editing.
In the scene where the two local Police Officers sit in their side-by-side parked cars, in the dialogue between them, one of the Shot-Revers-Shots which visualize their discussion, one shot is reversed. The Police Officer who's wearing the Police hat sits - mirrored - in his car and it looks as if its a right-steering car. The patch on his arm shows letters which are mirrored too.
At the end, when Steve's co-worker/friend comes looking for him, when he's bent down examining his tire, you can see his microphone pack through the back of his shirt.
