(at around 1h 29 mins) Tatianna is feeding on Javier's right arm and rips it off. In the next shot Javier is lying on the ground with his right arm fully intact and moments later it is gone again.
When the Vampire pulls Javier through the bars, he fits easily, therefore, the Vampire should have been able to escape at any time. Also, when he is being pulled through, his hand "bends" the bars slightly, showing that they are not as hard as thought.
During a police scene in closing credits, the detective raises his gun and points to the ceiling with the trigger depressed and releases the trigger as he brings the gun down.
