Run for cover!

Ghastly photography, bad character outlines, trashy plot.

If you thought TV show "Beverly Hills 90210" didn't leave a mark, then you should come see this Spanish obtuse lookalike and shiver, "...It's alive, alive!!!".

Not only does the photography has some very serious technical errors, the Directing is just plain wrong, from the characters to the plot it manages to leave the audience without any record of what happened, one moment to the next is totally unbelievable, plagued with unrealistic characters trying to masquerade bad performances; Strange enough, Ricardo Bofill managed to make some very good actors look bad on screen, quite a feat if you think about it.

Mr. Bofill, stick to what you know. If being an Architect is the new film career, god help us.

New concept, bad movie!
mario_c22 October 2007
Esther (Ana Turpin) is a country girl that works in a cow-house. Her dream is to become a professional dancer and she has a great opportunity to reach that dream joining a group of cheerleaders that will promote the place where she works in a milk trademark's convention, in Madrid. But when she's in the airport she meets Panoramix (Sergio Pazos), the leader of a ravers' group, and innocent as she is she trusts in him and goes into a plain that will arrive in… Ibiza! Her crazy weekend is just beginning!

Being straight about this movie I just have to say it's not really a good film! The plot is just too stupid to be true, the characters either, the photography is too simple and totally out of any aesthetics (sometimes it even seems to use the same kind of cinematography used in a porn movie!).

The only good points are the dance music scenes (which are great for raves' lovers), the main actress Ana Turpin (not because of her work, which was nothing special, but because of her beauty! She made me remind Paz Vega…), and some funny scenes; But it's definitely not enough!

Well, I think it tried to be a tribute film to dance music and Ibiza's "movida", but it ended being just a bad movie!
