When Doug is angered about knowing the truth about what they were actually doing to view everywhere other than "satellites", he tries to make a point clear about something being present and past by taking a chair and breaking a computer monitor. Yet in later scenes the monitor seems to be working again, unless they replaced a monitor in a matter of minutes.
When Doug Carlin is walking into the compound holding the helmet in one hand and a gun in the other, there is a shot which is mirrored; the helmet and wristwatch are on the right and the gun appears to in his left hand.
When Doug Carlin's Hummer is driving up on the bridge after the truck crashes into him during the car chase, the camera shot from within Carlin's car shows him passing a VW Beetle. When the camera switches to an overhead one, we can see that Carlin's Hummer hasn't passed the Beetle yet.
When Doug is investigating Claire's house for the first time, he enters her living room and closes the door behind him. He looks at the giant jazzy painting that is all over the wall and the door. Two shots later the door behind him is suddenly open again.
When the team sees the video tape of Carroll Oerstadt at the ferry (after using the facial recognition software to identify Oerstadt's "camcorder bag"), it is indicated thereon as "Monday", and Dr. Alexander Denny says that the tape is from two nights before the ferry explosion. But the ferry explosion is on Fat Tuesday, so the tape was really from the night before, not two nights before.
When Doug unplugs the leads to the monitor, the whole screen turns off. It should actually have still been on, beeping and showing either a flat line or dots and question marks.
When the ferry explodes all the blasts are on the passenger deck. The vehicle with the explosives was on the lower deck.
The ferry incident is Mardi Gras Day (a.k.a. Fat Tuesday). On Mardi Gras Day, the ferry service is pedestrian only for security reasons. And also, there was a school bus full of school children on it. All schools in the New Orleans area are closed for the holiday.
Clearly, this was a privately booked function for U.S. Navy personnel and their families; the school buses were chartered to carry their family members.

The bomber makes a big deal about needing Claire to look like a bomb victim and that a bullet would have ruined it, despite having already shot and disposed of Agent Carlin's partner in the very same location.
He isn't planning on leaving Claire's body in the same location he killed her (or Carlin's partner); he is planning to kill her there and plant the body near to where the ferry exploded.

When Doug listens to the messages on Claire's phone, he can hear her reply to her friend. The recording would in fact end when someone picks up and answers the phone.
Many answering machines of this era would continue to record once the recording process began, even after picking up the phone.

When Doug first visits Claire's apartment, he finds blood covered bandages which turn out to be his. He then sees "U can save her" on the fridge door which he's left. He's also accused of contaminating the crime scene with his fingerprints.
However, at this point, Doug had not travelled back in time - if he had, then he wouldn't be investigating Claire's murder as he would have saved her.

In the opening sequence you see sailors moving from the left of the screen to the right but all of the rating badges and service stripes are on the incorrect arm. These are supposed to be on the left arm but they appear on the right indicating that the film makers used a mirror image of the shot.
After driving off the ferry, Doug begins to kick at the bullet-riddled windshield. The mounting plate for the rear view mirror is visible. As he continues to kick, the mirror and items hanging from it are now visible.
When Doug Carlin is driving the Hummer and about to put the goggles on, a camera man is reflected on the front window of the car.
