When Karan offers Raj a ride to the airport, their clothes switches during the scene. Karan's jacket is different when they are in car and when they are at airport. Raj's is also wearing different jeans when they are in car and when they are at airport.

When Karan offers Raj a ride to the airport, the car model switches during the scene. They leave in a red Honda S-2000 and arrive in red Honda Del sol. The number plates, though same digits, are with different fonts.

When Karan offers Raj a ride to the airport, Raj mysteriously grows thin beard during the ride.

When Karan and Raj are on the way to Anjali's house, Karan has shaving cream on his face. The shaving cream pattern keeps changing during the scene.

Karan's car and registration plates keep changing throughout the movie between Honda S-2000, Toyota Celica Cabriolet and Honda Del sol.

A patient of bone marrow disorder cannot run and dance as Raj is seen during throughout the movie, especially when he is in critical stage and/or condition.

The ECG monitoring machine showed flat lines (which indicates that patient is dead) though Raj was still alive.

In the hospital scenes several patient monitoring equipments are seen but Raj is not connected to any of it. In none of the scene he is seen wearing any sensors. In fact the computer monitor on the top of table is not connected to any equipment. So clearly there is no way for medical staff to know what exactly is happening to Raj.

The movie is shot in India and South Africa. Makers have tried to make the scenes and transition seamless. However glaring continuity inconsistencies can be noticed throughout the movie. For example sudden change in background scenery, costumes, building architecture, people in the background and so on.

When Karan visits Anjali's family to talk about Anjali and Raj's wedding, filming equipment and lights are visible for a very short duration in his sunglasses.
