Pyrrhic Victory was a submission in the San Diego Best Fest '48 hours of madness' competition for fall of 2003 - a contest where all the participants get the same base script, and have 48 hours from that moment to complete any re-writes, cast, film, and edit the short, and return it to the 'finish line'. It was truly a once in a lifetime experience (because few people would willingly repeat the grueling process). All that aside, the finished product in this case was a well-shot, high-production-value short film. The director knew what he wanted, and got it done. The crew and cast gave their best. (and a little nepotism never hurt...) I'm looking for a lot more work to come from this fine crew. Keep up the great work!
