- In the original Wii version of Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess. A cannon glitch can occur if the player goes in the Sanctuary in Kakariko when a man named Shad is present. If the player saves their game and then opens the file, the player will be trapped in the room unable to continue their game as the game thinks Shad is in the room. This glitch was later fixed in the Nintendo selects version.
- The Gamecube version has many difference from the Nintendo Wii which includes the following.
- The Cannon warp glitch has been fixed.
- Link uses his sword in his left hand.
- The over world map is mirrored from the Wii map.
- The button interface uses Gamecube buttons in the top right corner.
- Players simply press the Gamecube buttons and move the control stick to move the player Link around.
- In the Wii version of this game uses many of the following.
- The Cannon warp glitch has been fixed in the Nintendo Selects edition.
- Link uses his sword in his right hand.
- The over world map is mirrored from the Gamecube map.
- The button interface uses Wii buttons in the top right corner and reminds the player if they're low on batteries.
- The game requires the player to swing their Wii remote with nun-chucks to move Link around and to swing the sword or aim the bow and arrows by pointing at the TV screen motion sensor bar.
