Restoration is a very impressive program. A live concert special, it somehow manages to transcend the typical concert video.
The music in the program is quite excellent. While the songs are mostly new, they all quickly seem like old favorites. They are easy to learn and will, I'm sure, become favorites in churches around the country. Timothy Brown and Tim Foot seem to be a wonderful writing team that will hopefully do much more in the future.
The video production is also quite excellent. Fairly stylized, the show captures what I would term the essence of the concert. It presents the film of the concert, if you will, rather than a report of what took place on the stage. In doing this, it goes far beyond what most concert videos are capable of.
All in all, Restoration is an excellent program that I would highly recommend.
