The first Harry Potter prequel, in a series of five, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them hits theaters Friday and follows the life of magizoologist Newt Scamander — played by Oscar-winner Eddie Redmayne — as he travels to New York with a peculiar case filled with magical creatures.
But the real fun comes from Dan Fogler’s character, Jacob Kowalski, a no-maj (the American word for Muggle or non-magic person) World War I vet who gets caught up in Scamander’s dangerous and magic filled adventures.

We knew there was a Charlie Sheen straight-to-dvd movie out there just waiting to be released!
You can’t keep Charlie Sheen down when it comes to his work on disc (as we pointed out here a few weeks back)! Sheen will be back on the DVD scene with the upcoming release of Guilty Hearts, a title that we hadn’t heard of before today.
Phase 4 will release Guilty Hearts on DVD on June 28 for the list price of $29.99.
Charlie Sheen and Anna Faris provide the commentary in Spelling Bee, one of the short films in Guilty Hearts.
Here’s the official synopsis of the film from the Phase 4 site: “Follow the lives of nine strangers living worlds apart as they look for love, happiness, success, and friendship against all odds. Carrying the burden of guilt, they must escape their pasts before they can move forward.”

Dan Fogler of Balls of Fury (2007) fame, along with Studio 13 have come together to create a new comedy web series called M’Larky. With all the brooding, sometimes overbearing drama in cop shows today, perhaps a "cop show about maniacs" is just what the doctor ordered. Think Miami Vice (TV) parody, with more spandex. M’Larky follows the exploits of Detective Jon M’Larky (Josh Warren), a no-nonsense, had-nosed cop who must report to his quirky, off-the-wall Lieutenant Black (Dan Fogler). Fans will also get to reminisce the days of yore, when video games were vintage instead of digital; each time the action reaches a climax (or a high speed chase), the action will cut to video game footage from such classics as Tony Hawk's Ride and other hit web games. Look for well-known comedy guest stars, such as Gilbert Gottfried, Jeffery Ross, and Ashley Jensen (Accidentally on Purpose...
