I Hate To Imagine The Competition
boblipton14 September 2020
An Inept marching band heads off to the compeittion, and then celebrates their surprising victory.

This looks like a comedy just made for a house orchestra willing to sound bad in a vaudeville house, or perhaps a theater organ in one of the purpose-built movie theaters that were becoming popular. It's typical of the exaggerated slapstick of the era, and stars Andre Deed, who would become better-known under his character names of 'Boireau' and 'Gribouillet.'
