2004's 2nd best Offering
arijit4india2 February 2005
Warning: Spoilers
After a rather average first PPV offering by TNA,Turning Point was awesome, certainly one of the best events of 2004,and better than ALL of WWE's offering other than Wrestlemania XX.The matches were top notch and the story lines were good too.The backstage skits featuring Vince and HHH were hilarious too.On to the matches now.

Opener:3LK vs Team Cananda for the NWA World Tag Titles average match really,Team Cananda are decent but the 3LK sucks, even with the greatness of The Truth big time. 5/10 Kid Kash,Michael Shane and Kazarian vs Sonjay Dutt,Hector Garza and Sonny Siaki: Good X Division spot fest, and I am liking Michael Shane day by day now, 7.5/10 Monty Brown vs Abyss:Awesome Hardcore style action between the two, 7/10 NYC vs Pat Kenney and B'Badd:Filler match, 2/10 Raven vs DDP:Well it was certainly not up to their WCW standards but it was fun nonetheless,DDP's ring work is sub-par now and Raven's ability are also slackening, still fun stuff 5.5/10 Petey Williams vs Chris Sabin:AWESOME match. 9/10 easily, and I hate Chris Sabin!!! Kings of Wrestling vs Savage,Hardy and Styles:Mediocre match, Hall and Nash sucked, Savage sucked even more.Completely illogical for him to get the pin-fall (he left TNA later anyway), 5.5/10, Styles was good. Hardy was pathetic, Jarrett was OK.

Six Sides of Steel:AMW vs XXX- THE MATCH of TNA so far (and 2nd best of 2004 according to me), awesome awesome match, featuring one of the most craziest spots you have ever seen,Skippers walk of death. 10/10 Straightway.

I would give this one 8.5/10 Overall, the combined match rating may be something like 7/10,but the AWESOME McMahon/HHH segments made my day!

Best Match Ever
bad_religion-111 February 2005
This PPV contains possibly the best match in the history of professional wrestling...

6 SIDES OF STEEL! since TNA use the 6 sided ring, the cage has 6 sides instead of 4 (hence the name of the match) and unlike a conventional cage match, it works more like a hell in a cell, but you can only win by pin fall. The match is between 2 of the best tag teams in the world today, America's Most Wanted and Triple X. The loser of the match can no longer wrestle as a team, so the stakes are high, as well as the risk, (if you thought Jeff Hardy doing a swanton off the top of a cage was high risk, wait until you see this match).

The other matches are good, as with every other TNA PPV, any wrestling fan must see this event, even if it's just for the 6 sides of steel match.
