Continuity

When Monk shoots at the assassin's van in the park, the window on the side door breaks completely. In the shots that follow, however, the window is broken only at the top.
At 12.28 into Episode 2 (film split in GB), Jason Monk shoots an assailant through the stair rails with a silenced gun. After the assailant is seen tumbling down the stairs, viewed from the bottom, something akin to a rifle barrel is seen sticking out, being lowered and quickly withdrawn from behind the bannister at the top of the stairs.

Revealing mistakes

When Jason Monk is shooting at the van and telling all the people around him to lay on the ground, one of the teens who is on his hands and knees is laughing instead of being scared.

Character error

When Igor Komarov and General Nikolayev are debating, they are speaking in English but in reality Russian politicians would speak their own language which is Russian.
When Sonia Astrova shows one of the veteran's her badge it's upside down.
