Boggs (John Brennan) has the gout and has to have his foot kept elevated. His valet is holding it up while he sleeps. Remembering an engagement with his girl, he ties Boggs' foot up and, later, a burglar comes. It is laughable nonsense, but it makes laughter. - The Moving Picture World, September 20, 1913
