- When Kratos is about to receive the Zeus Fury, a portrait of a bare-breasted woman (a Muse, one of the nine daughters of Zeus) appears.
- Kratos encounters two harem girls in a ship captain's chamber, we see their bare breasts in a cutscene and in-game, and sexual activity between the three of them is implied.
- Kratos can engage in an (offscreen) menage-a-trois with the harem girls for points, we hear moaning and thrusting and the girls climaxing as Kratos receives points.
- The Oracle of Athens wears a see-through top, her bare breasts are very visible.
- Some creatures have visible breasts like Harpies and Gorgons.
Violence & Gore

- The hydra death can be brutal because kratos pulls it down with his blades onto a mast which impales the hydra's left eyeball.
- Frequent strong, gory, over the top violence throughout. Enemies are killed and/or dismembered in almost every way possible.
- In several cutscenes Kratos brutally kills humans with strong gore.These cutscenes are in high resolution so the killings are graphic.
- TAKE CAUTION: Extreme Violence.....
Profanity

- Despite what the ESRB description says, this is in regards to the bonus cutscenes. The game itself doesn't contain any profanity whatsoever. Some threats are uttered by Kratos to enemies, but they are not vulgar.
- However in some bonus cut scenes the producers speak strong language like the F word a few times but in the game there's no profanity.

- The violence, movie scenes and fatalities may scare people aged under 17-18. The game has a very grim, brutal atmosphere.
