Angele, Paco's girlfriend, has just left him. While Paco's doppelganger maniacally paints a strange picture, Paco, likewise induced to madness, runs his girlfriend down with his '64 Ford Mustang. And then a simple drop of water tilts reality. Angele is alive. Humiliated, she tells Paco her four truths - truths immediately distorted and amplified by the mad painter over Paco's shoulder. Now humiliated himself, Paco seeks solace at Jeff's bar, also an ex-boyfriend of Angele. Still under the influence of his evil doppelganger, Paco induces Jeff toward the same evil and sells him the Mustang for the purpose of murder. But do we know which is real when this incessant drop of water can tip reality beyond all appearances?
