Storyline

Every year at the Bloom Center fair, the Ladies' Art Embroidery Club takes the prize for the best apple butter; many believe it's because Mrs. Plum, a member of the Club, is married to the local constable, and no one wants to upset him by giving the award to someone else. Johnny West, angered because his mother Lucinda keeps losing the award to the Club every year, looks for a way to ensure that his mother has a fair chance at the award, and he comes across some information that may well do the trick.f Written by frankfob2@yahoo.com
