I've always found Spanish short films a cut above the rest: intelligent story telling, perceptive social analysis, poignant relationship narratives. This one was no exception, although I guessed its ultimate conclusion about three minutes before it happened, which in a short film of only eleven minutes is WAY too early!
My only complaint was with the subtitles: why not make them yellow instead of white, a little larger, and a little longer in duration? I could catch most of the internal monologue which makes up over 95% of this film, but not all.
Well done. Recommended.
