When Georgia books her trip to Karlovy Vary on Travelocity, the departure date for her flight originally indicates December 26. However, on the next screen, the departure date indicates December 25. The flight attendant announces the flight as December 25 (Christmas holiday).

When Georgia's party is seated at the special table reserved by Chef Didier, the table is bare. In the next shot where Kragen joins them, there are flowers, water glasses and a handbag on the table. Subsequent front and back shots alternate between a laid and bare table respectively.

When Georgia is shown seated at her table in the Grandhotel Pupp restaurant, her hair changes position many times as we see her from various camera angles. The changes are most noticeable when she is conversing with Chef Didier.

When Georgia hits her head and is taken in for a CAT scan, she is wearing a black sweater and white collared shirt. When the doctor discovers she needs a second scan, she is taken back through the machine, but she is wearing the tan outfit from an earlier scene in the movie. Both scans are depicted to be on the same day, but she is wearing 2 very different outfits.

When Kregan and his guests are first shown eating together in the Granhotel Pupp restaurant, the wine in their glasses switches between white wine and red wine several times.

When at the roulette table, one of the characters tells Georgia that her single bet on black 17 is very large. After winning 3 times in a row on that number, rebankrolling her winnings each time she walks away from the table and the other character tells her she has won almost 100,000 us dollars. Since roulette pays 36 to 1 on a single spot, that means her initial bet was only approximately 2 dollars! Since she has approximately 4 stacks of red chips ($5) I would estimate her to have put about $400 down initially, which would have netted her about 18.6 million!

In the beginning of the movie, as Darius snoops in the possibilities book, he discover's the character Sean, Georgia says that his name is "Sean, Sean Williams". However, LL Cool J's character is credited as Sean Matthews.

The croupier at the roulette table announces "no more bets" and then Kragen puts his bet on the table. At a real casino he would have been asked to remove his bet, since betting was closed.

The casino employee reports Georgia's roulette winnings total 3,546,305 Czech crowns (CZK), which is described as "about a hundred thousand dollars". At the exchange rate during the time of shooting, this would have been closer to $150,000.

Georgia gets a CAT scan, but the doctor shows her X-ray films. CAT scans are always digital, and would be seen on a computer screen.

How did Georgia Bryd get the grill home? Obviously not on the tram car.

Some department stores provide delivery service on larger appliances. However, delivery personnel may draw the line at doing something like wrestling heavy, awkward items up a steep flight of stairs at night. Particularly if their employer skimps on medical service, equipment, and health care coverage as Kragen's is shown to do.

When Georgia and Rochelle are riding the escalator at Krogen's Department Store a sign in the fragrance section behind appears to say, "Dillard's", the likely true location of the filming.

When Georgia is trying on the black and white striped suit, she is wearing the same chain necklace that one of the sales clerks is shown placing around her neck a couple of shots later.

Even though it's supposed to be cold outside, none of the characters ever have steam coming out of their mouths when they breathe.

When Darius is eating the Poulet Tchoupitoulas and greens, we hear a microwave beep in the background, suggesting her Lean Cuisine dinner is done. However, when Georgia reaches to get the dinner from the microwave, we see not only that the timer is still on the 2-minute mark, but also that the power control is set to "Low", which is not likely to have been used to heat up a "flash-frozen" dinner. Furthermore, this is an analog dial timer, which would have most likely ended with a mechanical bell, not an electronic beep.

When Gunther is reading Georgia's letter you can see that the word "buried" is misspelled "burried".

When Georgia is at the Smokey Robinson concert, you can see a small part of her real hairline under her wig in the front.

When Ms. Burns goes to Georgia's door, to tell her she's sorry, and that she's left Matthew, a crew member's face is reflected in the gold plating on the door.

When Georgia gets a hot stone massage, she winces from how hot the big stone is, yet the spa masseuse has no problem holding the stone with her bare hands.

When Georgia tells her sister that there's no black country singer, she forget about Charlie Pride.
