This is the only featurette on the Collector's Edition DVD of Out of Sight, it's 24 minutes long and it's your average all-purpose making-of production. It consists of interviews(with full main cast, the scriptwriter, the director and the author), behind the scenes footage, and clips of the film(note that it spoils it, as they discuss the third act as well as the ultimate outcome)). The actors do a lot of joking(Clooney focuses a lot on people's basketball skills... he also has fun with his image as "the sexy, charming leading man", and it's very enjoyable), but it is genuinely funny, and they do say some interesting things(if most of those come from the crew and novelist). Among the things talked about are the different looks(as far as color palette goes) of the cities(Detroit, Miami), trying to evoke the atmosphere, the story structure(and they go into detail about the trunk scene, including the initial, long take and how that tested with audiences) and style, and the whole thing closes with them trying to define the movie. Lopez comes off as sweet, which is a real credit to the editor. This could stick to a slightly better pace, and especially early on, you tire of them "saying nothing", just kidding around(it should probably have been spread out, or been reduced). I recommend this to anyone who wants to know more about the picture itself. 7/10
