Spoon Man kicks ass. The amusing premise and occasional humour of Spoon Man,a short film about a man who rents himself out to neglected housewives as an after-sex cuddler, belies the film's darker portrayal of a cold impersonal world (reflected in its sombre colour palette), of paid affection, and of emotional numbing. But for me Spoonman takes my highest rating for love films. This film is one of the best films ever made, in my humble opinion. I love this movie. I love its freedom and its sense of aesthetic and its creativity and brilliance. DiMarco you are a genius in my opinion of course...This is a film that I can watch over and over, getting the same level of enjoyment that I got when seeing it for the very first time. I love the inspirational theme that runs throughout this film.
