  • Vikram's mother refuses to accept his relationship with Sunita due to her financial background. The couple decide to elope and meet with a horrible accident that separates them.
  • Sunita is a radio singer while on vacation in Kashmir Vikram deeply falls in love with and proposes her which she eventually accepts.Vikram introduces Sunita to her mother Sharda Rai Bahadur whose business is her priority she denies their relationship as Sunita is an orphan and from poor family.Vikram and Sunita then decide to marry in a temple they travel in a car along with their friend Gogi.They meet with major accident Vikram is hurt badly and hospitalized while Gogi gets minor injuries but Sunita's face gets completely damaged due to piercing of glass pieces.Sharda tells Sunita to stay away from Vikram as he wont be able to live with her ugly face.Vikram gains conciseness and is told by his mother that Sunita is dead.Meanwhile Sunita is transferred to hospital of Dr Mehra who reconstructs her face she is to to excited to meet Vikram and finds that her face has completely changed and he wont recognize her.—alex.mjacko@gmail.com

Vikram and Sunita decide to marry without the will of Vikram's mother BUT on their way to temple, they come across with a serious accident. Vikram gets minor injuries but Sunita's face is completely lost due to piercing of wind screen's shattered pieces in her face. When Vikram comes to conscious, he asks his mother where Sunita is and she replies Sunita is dead. On the other hand she tells Sunita that she has completely lost her face and she should go out of Vikram's life. Sunita agrees. The doctor sends Sunita to Bombay and refers her to Dr. Mehra.   • Vikram Rai Bahadur is the only son of Mrs. Sharda, and sole heir to a vast business and estate. While vacationing with his artiste friend, Gogi, he meets a beautiful girl named Sunita and falls head over heels in love with her. He proposes marriage to her, and she accepts. They get married in a quiet temple ceremony and vow never to part with each other. Shortly thereafter their vehicle meets with an accident. While Gogi sustains minor injuries, Vikram is badly hurt and hospitalized, and Sunita is severely disfigured. Dr. Sahni and Dr. Mehra befriend Sunita and restore her disfigurement by plastic surgery. She quickly recovers, and cannot wait to give the good news to Vikram. Then she finds out that Vikram has given up on her, and is engaged to another beautiful, but wealthy young woman named Rita. Vikram is unable to recognize Sunita nor is interested in knowing her. Sunita decides to change her name to Kusum Mehra, and begins life anew.
