Drive through cities, mine and industrial areas collecting bonuses, damaging competitors' cars, or by running over pedestrians in Carmageddon.
Carmageddon is a vehicular combat game developed by Stainless Games and released June 13, 1997 for MS-DOS. The aim of the game is to either wreck as many cars as possible or to run over all the pedestrians. The game received much controversy for its graphic content and was banned in Brazil as well as being censored in both Britain and Germany. The game was inspired by such films as Deathrace 2000 and Mad Max.—James Bredin
