When Legate Broca is trying to assure Weyoun and the Female Changeling that he would never between them, in the wide shots he is looking off to his left but in the closeups he is looking straight ahead.
After power to Cardassia's capital has been knocked out, Damar declares that it's been 24 minutes since the blackout began. The rest of the scene plays out in real time, one long scene with no cuts, and when the power comes back on Damar says it's been 26 and a half minutes. Barely over a minute elapsed between the 24 minute mark and the 26 and a half minute mark.
Sisko and Ross turn away from Martok in disgust when he drinks to their success on Cardassia Prime. All three had agreed early to share a drink when they got there. The Dominion War has raged for about 2 years at this point, so they'd be well aware of the horrors of war before arriving on Cardassia Prime, yet it is only after arriving there that they seem put off by the notion of enjoying their victory.
It was not the "horrors of war" that caused the reaction from Sisko and Ross. Rather, it was the sight of the Dominion's attempted genocide of the Cardassian people (a Dominion ally) that turned their stomachs.

Before agreeing to play out Julian's program of the Battle of Thermopylae with him, Ezri says she will set up a counseling appointment with him to discuss his "annihilation fantasies." It would violate medical ethics for a therapist to counsel someone with whom they're romantically involved. However, Ezri is obviously joking with Bashir.
Kira suggests that Damar should be wearing a Breen uniform and helmet, like she is, to disguise his identity when moving around the city. Cardassian physiology is different than Breen or human and would not fit within a standard Breen uniform. Their large neck flares, for example, would preclude wearing a Breen helmet. Incorrectly regarded as goof: Dukat is seen wearing a Breen uniform and helmet in Indiscretion (1995), so Kira's suggestion to Damar is a valid one.
In a close-up shot of Weyoun's face, Jeffrey Combs' false-color contact lenses are misaligned. One pupil is looking forward, the other is pointed toward the ceiling.
Weyoun is shown on display screens delivering an address to the Cardassian citizens about a city being destroyed as retribution for sabotage by Cardassian rebels. The insignia of the Dominion is in the background displayed backwards, indicating a flipped shot.
Many of the Starfleet vessels in the battle sequence lack hull markings (name and registry), likely so the same models could be reused to represent different ships and fill out the screen without the need to modify them.
In establishing shots of the Fire Caves on Bajor, the fog cover and clouds never move, revealing it to be a matte painting.
When Sisko and Ross dump out their bloodwine in disgust, the sound of pouring liquid is heard, but no liquid is actually seen spilling out. The mugs they were holding were empty to begin with.
At one point the Cardassian computer speaks in the voice of Majel Barrett Roddenberry. Barrett Roddenberry is the voice of Starfleet computers, not Cardassian.
Sisko calls for attack pattern Delta. The Defiant is then shown performing a barrel roll before destroying a Jem'Hadar fighter. Attack pattern Delta has been called numerous times in the series and never involved a barrel roll before.
When Vic sings "The Way You Look Tonight" his mouth does not match the audio on numerous occasions. Actor James Darren was likely lip-syncing to a pre-recorded track.
One of the clips seen in Jake's montage is taken from The Visitor (1995) and features him at his father's bedside. However, this occurred in an alternate timeline which was subsequently negated so Jake should have no memory of it.
One of the clips in Worf's montage is taken from Our Man Bashir (1995) and features him as Duchamps. However, Worf should have no memory of this.
There is no reason for Ezri to be on the Defiant. She is a counselor. It is a combat mission. She serves no purpose, other than being a main cast member.
Legate Broca says that he has heard rumors that Damar is still alive and on Carsdassia. Damar made a public effort to announce his survival and continued resistance in "The Dogs of War." That he is still alive, and on Cardassia Prime, would not be rumors by this point.
There is no reason Kira or Garak could not have killed the female changeling, then asked Odo to assume her form and end the war.
After the Female Changeling promises Thor Pran control of Earth and Weyoun objects, the Female Changeling explains to Weyoun that she was making false promises to help the war effort. Thot Pran and at least one other Breen officer are still in the room when she says this.
While on the bridge of the Defiant, O'Brien dismisses the idea of moving his Alamo model into Julian's quarters. O'Brien himself floated the idea to his family earlier that day.
After Dukat telekinetically disarms him of his phaser rifle, Sisko resorts to punching Dukat in the face. He still has his type II hand phaser at his waist, yet does not think to try to use it.
When the Dominion and Breen ships pull back to Cardassia Prime, Admiral Ross suggests that they may keep them bottled up there indefinitely. Romulan Sub-Commander Velal had suggested this strategy in "Dogs of War" and Ross had agreed with Martok and Sisko that it was not feasible.
When Sisko enters the caves brandishing a phaser rifle, he takes the time to exchange dialogue with Dukat instead of just firing right away.
