When Jessie first claims to Victor she is engaged, the part in her hair switches sides, and keeps moving around as she goes to greet Matt. The amount of hair on Victor's forehead also changes between shots when he hears the news.
Jessie leaves her purse outside when she goes into the trailer. It has disappeared by the time Victor arrives.
When Victor watches Jessie on TV and keeps rewinding the shot of her on the waverunner, he uses a TV-only remote, which wouldn't have a rewind button.
At the end when Matt pushes Victor off the boat you see a crew members hands holding the front of the boat still.
After Matt rescues Jessie, he tells her she shouldn't have been water-skiing in a crowded area. She was windsurfing, not water-skiing.
