brilliant and refine

A wonderful approach to the incredible world in the short novel of the great writer Stefan Zweig and his "Burning secret" .Brilliant and refined delicate family film. An enchanting way to tell the story of one Mother's treason and the first teenage boy sufferings. Unexpected beautiful film "Love Dreams" bares the flavor of the Mediterranean richness of nature and flavor and magical light. The set director's work and the cameraman's are really amazing. So are the actors especially the mail lead Toschi and the child in the party of Edgar. The music composed by Dimitov is admirable delicate .This film leaves you the wonderful feeling and a touch of a shinning pearl nearly masterpiece that you would wish to see again and again.

impressionistic

It might look like "LOVE DREAMS" is a trivial love story and a tale of the sexual dreams of an adolescent boy. It is true that into the store are woven several wet dreams of the main character. Very brave and delicate some with childish innocence. It is the directors capacity to carry away the audience with his film. The atmosphere of the film is impressionistic. Every sequence is in steaming light in bright beauty. The film is as charming as Visconti's "Death in Venice" .Ivan Nichev's "LOVE DREAMS" leaves a strong impression and a desire to want seeing it again and again. It might at some places start to scatter but nevertheless "LOVE DREAMS" or because of this method of narration the authors give their attitude for the described period with its charms weaknesses and the strength of spring.

remarkable

A few night ago I saw "Love Dreams " on one of Berlusconi's television programs. To my surprise it turned the director is Bulgarian. The Italian version is so perfect I would bet it is the work of some Mediterranean author. It is a remarkably professional adaptation of Stefan Zweig story. The script writer and director Nichev has created wonderful bright atmosphere the characters are so powerful and delicate at the same time. The protagonist Walter Toschi is the embodiment of the Mediterranean spirit and Pirandello masterpiece. The young actor tough unprofessional is touching with his innocence and curiosity. The production designer and the costumes are to be particularly mentioned and even prized for creating Zweig's world. But above all I admired the beautiful music score of "Love Dreams" the work of the composer S.Dimitrov is divine.

I saw this movie at the Verona Love International Film Festival and I also got lucky to participate in to the vote of the audience in 2002. The film reviles the story with the colorful beauty the exceptional richness of the visual expression. It bares the Mediterranean spirit and the its rich flavour. The tale itself offers tender full narration of various stage from the first burst of emotions of adolescence or adultery. This film is an unique though true to the world of Stefan Zweig novels. I loved the set designers work creation of the twenties of last century. The casting of the actors is perfect :Walter Toschi as the Baron has left on the screen the gorgeous palette of emotions seduction and weakness…But of course unforgettable is the part of Edgar in the role the unprofessional Bulgarian kid. The film is overfilled with beauty. Such is the incredibly lovely, even divine the music score of "Love Dreams". Stefan Dimitrov is an amazingly gifted composer who gave us with this music score the absolute delight of his great talent.

"Sogni D'amore di Edgar M." Is quite an interesting film. It is unusual from those beyond timing. Not only because it is costume story set in the twenties of the previous century but because time seems to have ceased going on. The set up provokes such feelings . Under the calm surface of the pleasant time going emerge the sentiments of a sensible adolescence the story of affection friendships love and betrayals. On all levels that mark the characters of this unusual film inspired by the short novel of Stefan Zweig. The scriptwriter has tried to enrich the story. In most of the cases rather successfully. It is also true it in not a simple task. He got the back up of master class direction composer and mail actors. Especially the young actor. A naturally born talent in acting skillfully lead by the director for the hard part of Edgar M..
