In the last minute of the last day of production, during the final crane shot that lifts out from Dion, all power in the Deli and on Thompson Street suddenly shut off before completing the shot. Clever editing during post-production saved the shot.
The shot of the mini-skirt girl during the music sequence was originally suggested by Jason Chalk ("Mars") spontaneously during shooting as she passed by. Nobody knows who she is.
