When Glen/Glenda cuts off Chuckie's head with the axe you can clearly see it roll all the way to the right but when they do a close up of it later the head is positioned as if it had rolled to the left.

Throughout Bride Of Chucky and Seed Of Chucky, Chucky's right eye is damaged, yet when Chucky pushes Britany's Car off of the road, it clearly shows his left eye as being the one that is damaged.

When Glen/Glenda hacks of Chucky's left arm, the pool of blood on the tile near Chucky's head changes shape.

His doll body does become more human the longer he stays in it, but the possessed doll would still have the genetics of the actual Charles Lee Ray, not the doll host, as shown in the previous film Bride of Chucky (1998) where Ray's fingerprints are identified at the crime scene and not the doll's.
