A soldier complains about his stomach. They open his shirt to reveal maggots crawling and eating his wounds.
A man get his head bashed in by a rock. The person with the rock climbs on top and continues to smash his head in. His brain matter oozes out.
Lots of war violence is shown. Many soldiers are killed and lots of blood is shown. Burnt body of a soldier is shown.
A soldier commits suicide shooting himself.
The violence is relentlessly intense and can get quite graphic ranging from blood spurts and red Mists to limbs being blown off and people being blown to pieces in gory detail.
Hundreds of people killed, chaotic battles, lots of gore and blood from deaths. Artillery fire. Loss of limbs, amputation scene.
There's a brutal ending battle where hundreds of North and South Koreans are massacred. An airplane crashes into the trench and ignites a large flame wave which burns many North Koreans. South and North Koreans stab each other brutally with rifle bayonets.

Battle scenes are intense, with lots of casualties and limb losses.
A scene where a young soldier is having desperate surgery. His organs are shown and is very intense, and he screams in pain. Another jump scene where soldiers are clearing dead corpse and suddenly a bomb goes off. Not for the faint of heart.
