Midnight Expression is designed to be a commercially viable short film that explores how an everyday middle class family unwittingly and accidentally becomes involved in the politically corrupt workings of a typical American city. Our accidental "Hero"/family man, Clay Black, a middle class truck driver, through a series of chance happenings, twists and turns, finds himself witnessing a gruesome, brutal, coldly calculated murder; a clear case of being in the wrong place at the right time. How did our accidental "hero" get to this point in time and how does he react to the situation presented to him? Does our "villain" J.P. Harley, a local bookie and nightclub owner prevail? Is our Mayor, Chief District Attorney, and County Treasurer involved in corruption? Could this really be happening? The short film, "Midnight Expression" Lays the ground work for a full-length action packed, intriguing, feature film. Multiple chance encounters or happenstances between characters and events add to the intrigue and suspense. What will happen next? How will our "Hero" react?
