Continuity

After fleeing the restaurant, Colette is driving between lanes on her motorcycle when she's stopped at a red light. When traffic resumes, she's suddenly in the middle of a lane with a car behind her.
(At 69 mins) The Standee advertising Gusteau's Chopsocky Pockets is standing behind the others on the right. When the standee's are next seen, Chopsocky Pockets has moved closer to the desk at the front and to the right hand side. In the very next cut, it's been removed, presumably to it's original position.

Plot holes

Character error

Most of the "spices" referred to in the film (rosemary, oregano, thyme, basil) are actually herbs. Spices come from the seeds, roots, stems or fruit of plants, whereas herbs come from the leaves or flowers.
(at around 18 mins) When we first see the kitchen, the frying pan handles are sticking out. One of the first things a cook learns is to keep handles at an angle and away so that the pans will not be accidentally hit and cause injury.
(at around 53 mins) When Remy reunites with his brother outside the restaurant, he offers to steal some food from inside the business. However, Remy already was given a supply of food just a few minutes ago such as grapes and a large chunk of cheese to eat which he had barely started on himself. Why didn't Remy just have Emile help himself to that?
Unlike in English, the apostrophe is not used to form possessives of nouns and pronouns in French. Thus, "Gusteau's" should be "Le restaurant de Gusteau" (the restaurant of Gusteau). Or "De Gusteau" for short, much like Gusteau's would be short for Gusteau's Restaurant.
