Goofs

(at around 16 mins) When Rivers first encounters Price, Price places his business card atop a circular-shaped thing in the doorway of the building. After a shot of Rivers and Price, the card disappears. Price walks away, we cut back to Rivers and the card reappears on the wall.

(at around 1h 2 mins) When John is at Carol Black's funeral, he stops to Carol Black's husband. A bald man with dark rimmed glasses walks past them to exit the church, and takes an obvious look at Carol Black's husband. The camera then focuses on John for a couple seconds. When the camera again focuses on Carol Black's husband, the same bald man with dark rimmed glasses walks past them to exit the church.

(at around 48 mins) When Jon is eating a sandwich trying to get some of the dead to contact him on his TV's, his facial hair changes from scruffy, to shaved, and back and forth.

Error, in that the clock twice is shown stopped at 6:20, with enough time lapsed that clock should have advanced.

When the news crews report about finding Anna's body, they say it was found upstream. Upstream would mean that her body floated against the current.

The newscast of the report specifically said the incoming tide carried the body upstream.

A person after falling from height of about four storeys, is lying half conscious on her back in a simple hospital bed. As a spinal cord injury is more than likely, immobilization and maybe even chemically induced coma should be essential parts of treatment.

(at around 17 mins) When Anna is carrying the bags of groceries on the videotape, the box of cereal is open.

(around 40 minutes) when Jonathan Rivers is talking to the detective on the porch, the police line ribbon is visible only on the inner side of the house porch.

(at around 52 mins) When Mike is flipping through the channels on television, he stops on a news report about Mary Freeman. After a close up of Mike's face, the next shot shows cartoons on television but we still hear the voice of the reporter for a second before we hear the sound of him changing the channel to cartoons.

(at around 1h 2 mins) When John is talking to Mr. Black in the church, their mouths doesn't match the words they say.

Though the story is set in Washington, the filmmakers make no attempt to conceal British Columbia licence plates.
