As the leader of the Crocodile Gang leaves the police station, his hat changes from a straw cowboy hat to a shapeless fabric hat, then back to a cowboy hat by the time he gets downstairs.
When Sing fights the gang at the end, before he begins to fight the Beast, he stands on a balcony and throws two bad guys away from him. They land against the wall of the balcony. In the next shot, they crash through the wall and out of the balcony.
After the final fight, when Beast is looking up to Sing, he faces the sun. In the next shot, the sun is on Beast's right.
When Tailor's rings are broken he falls backwards, the pieces fall to the ground all around him. When he gets up in the next shot, no pieces are on the ground.
When Sing is sitting on the curb after splitting up with his sidekick, his jacket is on the ground beside him. Two guys grab him and take him to the Axe Gang's HQ. He enters wearing the jacket, which had been left behind.
When Coolie takes on the Axe Gang alone, before the tailor joins in, an Axe Gang member takes a perfect unblocked swing at Coolie's back, realizes that Coolie can't block it, and runs away.
When Tailor, Donut and Coolie are fighting the ax gang. During the fight "Tailor" has a chest that looks normal for his age but when they are finished fighting, in one scene his chest looks like a 30 year old.
When Sing is running away from Landlady, and about to hit a truck, he moves to the left and another truck is there. After he runs underneath the truck and Landlady jumps over it, the other truck disappears.
After the final fight, the camera looks at Beast from the front during a conversation, and his hair is visible. When the camera switches to the rear before he is punched, his the hair is gone, and the man is clearly a stunt double.
In many fight scenes, especially those involving the Landlady, the combatants talk and fight at the same time in close-ups. In the wide shots, their mouths aren't moving.
After Sing breaks the table leg over Beast's head, Sing tosses the leg on the floor as Beast approaches him. The rest of the table leg makes no sound as it hits the ground.
In the first big fight with Axe's gang, the camera is reflected in the car's open trunk.
Just before the final fight, where Sing is standing on the platform on the stairs and the camera rotates around Sing, a crew member's head is visible in a corner of the platform.
When Rabbit-Tooth Jane sits down in front of her mirror to do her make-up, she's already wearing lipstick.
