For a child, this might be a fun little cartoon. It is short (22 minutes) but tells a good story about Christmas, the importance of little things, and why being greedy is not very cool. I am not entirely sure why an orange is significant as a gift, and wish that would have been explained more, but the general point comes across well enough.
For an adult with a basic legal knowledge, the film is a travesty. Using an attorney as a witness? Calling the plaintiff the "prosecution"? Trying to explain how something is breach of contract without any contract actually being in existence? Clearly the writer has no idea how the legal system works.
