Continuity

When Richard and Rodrigo are walking down the street, the briefcase jumps from Richard's left hand to his right hand (next to Rodrigo).

Factual errors

The Monroe $100 Silver Certificate isn't nearly as valuable as portrayed in the film. They were printed for two years in vast quantities beginning in 1878 and deemed immediately collectible. Hoarders have preserved most of them preventing them from earning the status of "rare", a mint condition $100 Monroe can be had for less than $2,000 USD and would never command the six figure / half million price in the film.
Ochoa's son in law claims the US Treasury stopped issuing gold and silver certificates in 1934. In reality, Silver Certificates were printed until 1964 and Gold Certificates until 1933.

Audio/visual unsynchronised

When Richard is talking to Valerie about sleeping with William (when the scene first cuts to them), his body and head are moving as if he is saying something, yet the words don't come out until 3 seconds later; then his body stops moving, yet he's still saying something.
